Refunds Policy

If an order cannot be delivered or is only partially delivered, the undelivered portion will be refunded to your account balance.

For services that include a refill guarantee, we will top up the service before considering a refund. Please allow the refill period to pass.

Orders that have been fully delivered, or that fail due to an incorrect link or a private account, are not refundable. Account balances are non-withdrawable and non-transferable.

Contact support@1k.fan with your order ID and a description of the issue. Approved refunds are credited to your balance.
